Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Room101 handles standard U.S. delivery expectations for customer orders.

Free U.S. shipping is available on orders of $59 or more. Orders under $59 ship for a flat $7.99.

Order processing time is 0-1 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT may begin processing on the next business day.

Standard U.S. transit time is 3-6 business days after processing. The estimated total delivery time is 3-7 business days.

Products are sourced from third-party U.S. retailers and may be shipped directly to customers by those retailers or their delivery networks. The ship-from facility may vary by item and destination, and packages, packing slips, or delivery notifications may show the fulfilling retailer or delivery network.

Shipping rates, available methods, and the final delivery estimate are confirmed during checkout before payment. If a checkout rate or delivery message differs from a general page on the site, the checkout information should be treated as the most current order-specific information.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delivery timing can vary because of carrier volume, weather, destination distance, address accuracy, fulfillment status, and other conditions outside the store's direct control.

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Incomplete apartment numbers, suite numbers, misspellings, or missing delivery details can delay delivery or prevent successful delivery.

Some orders may arrive in more than one package. If tracking is available, tracking details may update separately for each package.
