These Terms of Service explain the general terms that apply when customers visit Room101, browse products, place an order, contact customer support, or interact with our online store.
Please read these Terms together with our published Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Contact Information, and any order-specific messages shown during checkout or customer support. If checkout information or an order-specific support message differs from a general page, the order-specific information should be treated as the most current information for that order.

5. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Enjoy free U.S. shipping on orders of $59 or more. Orders under $59 ship for a flat $7.99. Estimated delivery is 3-7 business days after processing.
Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending any item back so we can review the request and provide the correct return instructions.
Shipping, returns, refunds, and order support are handled according to the policies published on the store and the information provided during checkout or customer support. Return requests should be started through customer support before any item is sent back, so the order can be reviewed and the correct instructions can be provided.
